Are you licensed to build new homes in Ontario?

Yes. GSP Builder Inc. holds HCRA Licence B64606. The HCRA (Home Construction Regulatory Authority) licenses all new-home builders and vendors in Ontario. You can verify any builder at hcraontario.ca.

What areas do you serve?

We work across the GTA and Ontario — primarily Whitby (HQ), Oakville, Burlington, Mississauga, Milton, Hamilton, Vaughan, Markham, Brampton, and Toronto. Other Ontario regions on request.

Do you handle permits and approvals?

Yes. Permit strategy is phase 4 of our 6-phase process. We prepare submission-ready drawings, manage consultant coordination, and shepherd the application through municipal review.

How long does pre-construction take?

Typically 4–8 weeks for a custom home, depending on scope and zoning complexity. We don't skip this — it's where chaos gets eliminated before construction starts.

Do you take on small renovations?

We focus on substantial projects: full custom homes, major renovations, additions, basement legalisations, multiplex conversions, garden suites, and commercial fit-outs. Smaller jobs are referred to trusted partners.
